Just updating the site as have managed to upload again, think my problem was Internet Explorer 7, I can safely say that since I reinstalled Firefox (which the beta version was sending my computer crazy) everything is as fast as it was before, IE7 was like having dial-up!
So even though it looks dated a few of the entries below are actually only posted recently - its just that I havn't been able to upload the files!
Will try and upload some other stuff in all good time...
